Upon submitting your Membership Application, our support team will review it. Approval typically takes about 3 business days. If you do not receive an approval email after 3 business days, please reach out to Support@MerryweatherEliteClub.com. If we need additional information, we will contact you.

Yes. Membership approval grants you the ability to purchase tickets and participate in Merryweather-hosted events. However, **all members must separately complete and pass the HEA (Health Evaluation Agreement)**, which requires recent STD testing.
Failure to meet HEA requirements—such as undisclosed or positive STD results—will result in denial of entry to events. All HEA and NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) submissions are reviewed and must be approved, regardless of membership status. This ensures the health and privacy of our club community.

About Merryweather
Merryweather invites members to Secret Venues in Europe via a letter of invitation or email. Once invited, members receive a new badge icon on their profile labeled Elite Member.
Elite Members gain access to larger-scale hostings, such as those hosted on yachts with private jet transportation throughout Europe. These events typically span multiple days. Elite Membership remains free.
Members must complete the following requirements for every new or upcoming hosting they intend to attend:

Obtain STD testing from a medical provider within 7 days prior to the hosting with Merryweather. For the following; Affirm no current symptoms of communicable diseases.

(HIV, Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Syphilis, Hepatitis B/C, HSV)

Upload STD test results 3 days before the hosting.
The HEA expires after the hosting; complete a new one for each upcoming hosting, whether attending or not and if hosting is canceled.

The NDA is a legally binding agreement you must sign for every hosting to protect the privacy of all attendees/memebrs. It covers identities, locations, activities, media, discussions, and any non-public details (excluding info already public through no fault of yours, previously known, legally received from others, or independently created). You agree to keep everything strictly confidential, never take or share photos/videos/recordings, and never discuss events online or with non-attendees. Obligations last indefinitely. Breaches may result in denied entry (no refund), legal action, damages, and indemnification.
The NDA is separate from the HEA—both must be approved per hosting. House Rules (e.g., no weapons, screenings) also apply.
Bans are rare but may occur based on observed behavior, member reports, staff input, or other concerning circumstances. Once issued, a ban is indefinite and results in permanent blacklisting from all future hosting's/locations.
A Sign Up is created with Username/Email and Password. Sign Up enables members to purchase tickets to upcoming events. Membership Application must be approved first. An individual can Sign Up but must also complete and submit the Membership Application, as confirmed by the checkbox on the Sign Up page: "I understand my account won't be activated until my Membership Application is approved. Please complete and submit the application first, then return to this page and select 'login' to proceed."
