These policies govern membership, operations, and safety at Merryweather to ensure a smooth and secure experience.

Membership Screening Process.

All members must apply for membership and pass a screening process, which includes verifying age (21+), completing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Health Evaluation Agreement (HEA), and providing a valid ID. Membership may be denied or revoked at Merryweathers discretion if an applicant’s behavior or history conflicts with our elite community values.


Hosting Entry and Check-In.

Arrive within the designated entry window (e.g., 15 minutes before the opening talk). Late arrivals will be denied entry to ensure all members receive the mandatory rules briefing. Present valid ID at check-in and provide your QR code from you Ticket Order Confirmation. If your name is not on the list an or blacklisted our security team will deny entry.


No Outside Food, Drinks.

Outside food and beverages are prohibited unless provided by Merryweather. Really this is for the safety of every member.


Staff and Security Presence.


Merryweathers Gatekeeper & trained security personnel will be present to enforce rules, assist with concerns, and ensure safety. Report any issues to staff immediately. Anonymous reporting can be reported to Support@MerryweatherEliteClub.com.

Dress Code and Theme Adherence.

Members must adhere to the session’s dress code or theme (e.g., cocktail attire, lingerie, or specific costumes), which will be specified for each hosting based on its location and weather. Clothing must be appropriate for public areas of the venue and easily removable for play areas. Non-compliance may result in denial of entry.


Cancellation and Refund Policy.


Memberships and session fees are non-refundable. Full refund will be issued if hosting has been canceled. Cancelations are are

Clean up after yourself in play areas, communal spaces, or anywhere else. Follow hosting-specific rules (e.g., no food/drinks in play areas, designated smoking areas). Damage to property or disregard for the hosting will result in removal and potential fees.

By complying with these House Rules, you uphold the standards that ensure a respectful, safe, and lawful community environment for all.
